REFUND POLICY

At Metamorphosis, we are committed to providing high-quality digital products, courses, and coaching services.
Because all our products include instant access, downloadable material, or personalized service, our refund rules are strict and transparent.

Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.

1. GENERAL RULE — ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific offer, all purchases are final and non-refundable.

This applies to:

  • digital products (PDFs, journals, audios, templates, guides, etc.)

  • online courses

  • membership areas

  • coaching programs

  • pre-recorded trainings

  • workshops and masterclasses

We do not offer refunds for:

  • change of mind

  • accidental purchases

  • not using the product

  • perceived “lack of results”

  • scheduling issues

  • buyer’s remorse

Digital access cannot be reversed once granted; therefore we cannot process returns.

2. COACHING & 1:1 SERVICES

All coaching sessions, packages, and programs are non-refundable.

By booking coaching, you acknowledge:

  • you are responsible for your own results and decisions

  • we do not guarantee specific outcomes

  • missed or unused sessions cannot be refunded

Rescheduling policies (if offered) will be described in your coaching agreement.

3. ONLINE COURSES & PROGRAMS

Upon purchase, you receive immediate access to course content, which cannot be “returned.”
Therefore, no refunds are provided, even if:

  • you decide not to complete the program

  • your schedule changes

  • you do not obtain the results you expected

We reserve the right to update, add, remove, or modify course content at any time.

4. PHYSICAL PRODUCTS (BOOKS, JOURNALS, MERCH)

If you offer physical products, here is the correct clause:

Physical products are refundable only in the case of:

  • damaged items on arrival

  • incorrect order fulfillment

To request support:

  • contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • include your order number

  • include photos of the damaged or incorrect item

We do not refund physical products due to:

  • change of mind

  • dissatisfaction with layout or content

  • shipping delays outside our control

5. PAYMENT PLANS

When you choose a payment plan, you are committing to complete all payments.

Failure to complete payments may result in:

  • suspension of course access

  • termination of membership

  • collection of outstanding balances

Payment plan obligations are not cancellable after purchase.

6. TECHNICAL ISSUES

If you experience technical issues accessing digital content, we will provide support.
Technical issues do not qualify for refunds unless legally required.

7. LEGAL EXCEPTIONS

We comply with all mandatory consumer protection laws.
If a refund is required by law in your region, we will process it accordingly.
