This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver all physical products purchased through our website www.mmetamorphosis.com

By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

1. ORDER PROCESSING TIMES

Orders are typically processed within:

• 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)

During high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer. You will be notified if significant delays occur.

2. SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery times depend on the destination and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Estimated shipping times:

  • Domestic (within your country): 2–7 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days

These are estimates provided by carriers and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control (customs delays, weather, seasonal traffic, strikes, etc.).

3. SHIPPING FEES

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • your delivery address

  • package weight

  • chosen shipping method

Customers are responsible for all shipping fees.

4. TRACKING INFORMATION

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with:

  • your tracking number

  • a link to track the shipment online

Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update.

5. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & CUSTOMS

We ship worldwide.
International orders may be subject to:

  • customs duties

  • import taxes

  • handling fees

These charges vary by country and are the buyer’s responsibility.
We cannot predict or control these fees.

If customs denies or returns a package, we are not responsible for refunding shipping costs.

6. LOST, DELAYED, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

Lost Packages

If your package is marked “delivered” but you cannot find it:

  1. check with neighbors/building management

  2. check alternative delivery locations

  3. contact the carrier

  4. contact us after completing the above steps

We do not replace or refund packages marked “delivered.”

Delayed Packages

Shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, or extreme conditions are not refundable.

Damaged Packages

If your product arrives damaged:

  • contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • include your order number and clear photos of the damage

We will replace or refund the item according to our Refund Policy.

7. WRONG ADDRESS / FAILED DELIVERY

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address.

We are not responsible for:

  • orders shipped to an incorrect address

  • packages returned due to unavailable recipient

  • additional fees to reship a returned package

If the package is returned to us, you may request reshipment at your own cost.

8. PRE-ORDERS (IF APPLICABLE)

If you sell pre-order items:

  • estimated ship dates will be noted on the product page

  • ordering pre-order items with in-stock items may delay the entire shipment

  • shipping dates may change due to production delays
